Spark is a user-friendly platform that allows you to access all the tools and applications you need in one place. Whether you’re managing projects, collaborating with colleagues, or accessing important resources, Spark has got you covered.

Spark integrates all your essential applications into one platform, eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.

Access Spark anytime, anywhere, from any device. Whether you’re in the office or on the go, Spark is always available to support your business needs.



What you can do with Spark:

  • Registration: You can register for Spark, and your administrator will be notified to approve your access to the platform.
  • Log in to Applications: With a single set of credentials, you can access all the applications you need for your daily business activities.
  • Reset Password: You have the ability to reset your account password whenever necessary.
  • User Dashboard: If you're unsure which application to use, the user dashboard provides an overview of all the applications you have access to. You can also edit your profile via the user dashboard.
  • Request Application Access: Through the user dashboard, you can request access to additional applications if they are available to you.



How to Register for Spark



This section provides you step by step guide how to register for Spark:

  • For registration visit https://spark-signup.redbull.com/;
  • You can redirect to registration page from https://spark.redbull.com/ by clicking to "Sign Up" button;
  • Ensure you have your organisation is available on Spark while you register. Your administrator should communicate the availability for you prior you start the process. If otherwise, please contact your organisation administrator for further issues.



Starting the registration

  • Open Spark in a browser on your laptop / smartphone / tablet.
  • Provide your name, surname, email address and country;
  • After providing country information, organisation tab will appear; please wait for all organisations to be available and choose the one that you are working for;
  • Submit and wait for your administrator to approve your account;
  • After administrator approves your account you will get "Welcome to Spark" email to activate your account;
  • You will be redirected to setup password;
  • Now You have access to Spark.

How to Reset Password



This section provides you step by step guide how to reset your password on Spark:

  • For resetting password visit https://spark.redbull.com/;
  • Provide the email address that you are registered with and click next;
  • Click on "Forgot Password?" button and click next;
  • Click "Send me an email";
  • You will get email notification to reset your password;
  • Click "Reset Password" Button in email notification or use verification code from the email;
  • You will be redirected to setup your new password;
  • Now You have access to Spark.



Note: If your account is not activated, you cannot reset your password. If you need help with resetting the password, please contact your administrator.

How to Update My Profile



This section provides you step by step guide how to update your profile on Spark:

  • When you successfully log in, you will be redirected to Spark user dashboard;
  • In the right corner of you dashboard you will see your profile;
  • With the dropdown choose "Settings";
  • Click on edit profile;
  • You will be redirected to verify your email;
  • After verifying email, you should be redirected to enter password;
  • Successfully providing your credentials should lead to edit you Personal Information, Display Language, and Change Password.

How to Access Applications



This section provides you step by step guide how to reset your password on Spark. You have 2 ways how to access the applications using Spark:



Option #1

  • Go to the application URL (e.g., identity-wingtips.redbull.com);
  • Click the dedicated login button;
  • Log in with your username (email) and password;
  • If your credentials are correct, you will be directed to the application you want to access.

  • Visit https://spark.redbull.com/;
    • Log in with your username (email) and password;
    • If your credentials are correct, you will be directed to the Spark user dashboard;
    • From the dashboard, click on the application you want to access;
    • You will now have access to the application.

    

    Note: You need to activate your Spark account before accessing applications.
